1. General Policy
Studies Path is committed to providing quality services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our consultancy services.
2. Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise provided during the consultation session.
3. Service Package Refunds
- Before Service Commencement: 90% refund if cancellation is made before any application work begins
- During Application Processing: 50% refund if cancellation is made after application work has started but before submission
- After Application Submission: No refund after applications have been submitted to universities
4. Visa Application Services
Visa application service fees are non-refundable once the visa application process has been initiated. This includes document verification and appointment scheduling.
5. Third-Party Fees
Any fees paid to third parties (universities, testing agencies, visa offices, etc.) are governed by their respective refund policies. Studies Path is not responsible for refunding these fees.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request to info@studiespath.com
- Include your full name, contact details, and reason for refund
- Refund requests are processed within 14 business days
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
7. Exceptions
Refund requests due to visa rejection or university admission denial will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering whether all services were properly delivered.
